Applications are open to all young musicians and vocalists who are eligible.

Eligibility for the 2020 Bursary

- Aged 17 to 21 years on the grand final date of 20th June 2020 (including 17 and 21yrs)
- All who live within a 30 mile radius of The Colne Muni, Albert Road, Colne, Lancashire, BB8 0AE

(student or parental address)
- All applications must be received before the closing date of 10th January 2020
