Eligibility for the 2023 Bursary

Applications are open to musicians and vocalists who are eligible.

​

  • Aged 17 to 21 years on the grand final date of 1st July 2023 (including 17 and 21yrs)

  • Live within a 30 mile radius of The Colne Town Hall, Colne, Lancashire, BB8 0AQ parental or student address
